The MA Human Resource Management with Informatics is a one-year postgraduate programme designed to integrate technology with modern human resource practices.

The programme emphasizes the use of information systems and technology in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, data processing, and strategic decision-making.

The MA HRM with Informatics is a 12-month full-time programme structured over two semesters. It includes a combination of core and elective courses totaling 39 credit hours, including a dissertation in the second semester.

Entry Requirements:
- A good first degree (at least Second-Class Lower Division) in any field from a recognized university.
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience may be required.
- Students must obtain an average grade of B or better in the first semester to progress to the second semester.
- To graduate, students must pass all required courses and present a dissertation.
- A total of 39 credits is required to complete the programme.

Fees:
The programme is competitively priced at GHS 15,300 for the entire duration.
This fee covers tuition and supervision for the dissertation component.
