  • The MA Human Resource Management with Informatics is a one-year postgraduate programme designed to integrate technology with modern human resource practices.

    It equips students with the analytical, technological, and managerial skills required to manage people effectively in today's digital-driven organizations. The programme emphasizes the use of information systems and technology in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, data processing, and strategic decision-making.

    Graduates will gain the ability to define, analyze, manage, and plan key HR functions using technology — preparing them for leadership roles in both the public and private sectors.

  • Programme Structure

    The MA HRM with Informatics is a 12-month full-time programme structured over two semesters. It includes a combination of core and elective courses totaling 39 credit hours, including a dissertation in the second semester.

  • Entry Requirements

    • A good first degree (at least Second-Class Lower Division) in any field from a recognized university.
    • At least one (1) year of relevant working experience may be required.
    • Students must obtain an average grade of B or better in the first semester to progress to the second semester.
    • To graduate, students must pass all required courses and present a dissertation.
    • A total of 39 credits is required to complete the programme.
