Goals (Aims)
The aim of the Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is to endow graduates with advanced strategic, analytical, and management capabilities, preparing them for leadership roles in planning, regulation, and operations of Procurement and Supply Chain Management within local, national, and global contexts.
This program aspires to disseminate suitable administrative competencies to managers worldwide in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management sector. The aim is to cultivate the students' intellectual capacity by providing a solid foundation in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Further, this program is intended to foster improved business practices by presenting a balanced mix of business knowledge and professionalism.
Objectives
- • Equip students with advanced knowledge and understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and inventory management.
- • Enable students to demonstrate the application of theories and concepts in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to solve complex business problems.
- • Develop students' skills to analyze and evaluate logistics performance and procurement strategies using qualitative and quantitative tools.
- • Foster students' ability to create innovative Procurement and Supply Chain Management solutions to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain resilience.
- • Prepare students within the timeframe of the course to assume managerial roles in planning, regulation, and operations of Procurement and Supply Chain Management in regional, national, and international contexts.
