  • The BSc Accounting with Computing programme at Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) is designed to train well-grounded graduates in all the required technical know-how and expertise in accounting, endowed with modern computerized software applications to function at management levels in business both nationally and internationally.

    The programme also equips graduates with the required conceptual, research methodological, and theoretical skills for further studies, both professionally and academically.

  • On successful completion of the programme, students should be able to:

    • Equip graduates with the requisite bases, concepts, and methods in accounting, endowed with problem-solving skills to function at managerial levels in business both nationally and internationally.
    • Train accounting graduates with modern computing software application skills to solve real-life accounting problems in business for national development.

    The Institute has agreed to offer full exemptions at the Associate Level. Graduates will be required to write only two (2) papers at the Final Level.

    Chartered Institute of Tax Law and Forensic Accountants (CTLFA), Ghana

    The Institute has agreed to grant full exemptions. Graduates will write only forensic-related papers at the Final or Chartered Level to be awarded Chartered Tax Law and Forensic Accountant with full membership.
